Our portfolio gives a brief introduction to the short courses and workshops that are currently approved with the Society of Biology for purposes of continuing professional development (CPD) and/or accredited with the University of Chester.

Our educational opportunities promote an ethological understanding of common laboratory animal models, appreciation of welfare and ethical issues and the purpose of animal research.
Our general themes include; animal behaviour, welfare and ethics and legislation and regulation.

Other learning themes in laboratory animal science are accommodated through our interactive e-Learning modules.
